ETAT GENERAL Antioxydant ^1-2-3 à haute teneur en vitamine C très stable ⁴ : la plante idéale pour conserver la jeunesse et la santé du corps et de l’esprit ⁵. Préventivement, protège contre l’intoxication aux métaux lourds ^6-7. Immunostimulant ⁸ et immunoprotecteur ⁹. 

CANCER Son effet protecteur contre le cancer a été très étudié ^10-11, il serait en lien avec son action anti-tumorale ¹². Réduit les effets secondaires du cyclophosphamide ¹³.

SYSTEME NERVEUX CENTRAL Améliore les capacités d'apprentissage et de mémorisation ^14-15. Bénéfique dans les états de neuro-dégénérescence liés au vieillissement (maladie d’Alzheimer et autres maladies neurodégénératives) ^16-17. Diminue significativement l’anxiété et les effets néfastes du stress ¹⁸.

ARTICULATIONS Puissant anti-inflammatoire ¹⁹ et chondroprotecteur à conseiller pour les personnes atteintes d’ostéoarthrite ²⁰, il empêche la destruction du cartilage et la prolifération des ostéoclastes ^21-22 (ostéoporose, polyarthrite rhumatoïde). 

DIGESTION Soulage la dyspepsie fonctionnelle ²³. Protecteur gastrique ²⁴ et hépatique ²⁵, il exerce un effet nettoyant du foie. Il peut donc être recommandé comme complément pendant une chimiothérapie ou une radiothérapie ^26-27. 

METABOLISME Antidiabétique ²⁸, qui améliore la fonction endothéliale, réduit les biomarqueurs du stress oxydant et l’inflammation systémique chez les personnes atteintes de diabète de type 2 ²⁹. Réduit les taux de cholestérol et LDL ^30.

COEUR Réduit la pression artérielle et le taux de triglycérides ³¹.

Conseils d'utilisation

• Gélules : 1 à 2 gélules 3 fois par jour avec un verre d'eau (gélules en gélatine dosées à 320 mg, soit 1920 mg pour 6 gélules).

Déconseillé aux femmes enceintes.

Composition

100 % poudre de fruit d'Amalaki (Emblica officinalis). Sans excipient ni conservateur.

Complément alimentaire 100% poudre de plante. Conserver à l’abri de la lumière, de la chaleur, de de l'humidité et hors de portée des enfants. Ne peut remplacer une alimentation variée.
